granite countertops and crock pots
For those with granite counters...will I damage the granite if I put the crock pot on it?

I don't know the answer to this but I never leave my crockpot on my counter. I put it on top of a glass cutting board to sit!

I've only used it once so far since we had the granite but I left it directly on the countertop. I had no problem.

I jsut used my crockpot yesterday and left it on the granite countertop, and it was fine.

All of the time.
I also put pots from the stove and dishes from the oven directly on the granite... one of the biggest advantages of nautural stone.
