My daughter is pregnant and I bought her the Baby Bargains book. I know the book said to try to purchase a carseat with a front harness adjustment. She put a carseat on her registry that has the front adjustment. Her sisterinlaw just told her that she has a never used Graco Snugride carseat if she wants it. She looked at it today. It's a Winnie the Pooh pattern and she said it's very nice. She called Graco because even though it's never been used, it's 3 yrs. old. They said it's good till 2013. They're good for 6 yrs. The only thing is this carseat has a rear harness adjustment. Does it make a big difference? If you adjust the harness before putting the baby/carseat into the base, does it matter? Help!!!
