This effects me as I registered for this and we have it setup in DD's room already. Scroll down to the fourth product....

Wow, thanks for posting.
This reminds me...I had this on my registry way back then and it's no longer even on my registry  I didn't get it at my shower, and I just looked and it's not even listed on my registry at all anymore. I wonder if they delete it automatically or something

Thanks! I just ordered the replacement part. Someone just gave me theirs since their baby doesn't use it anymore...at least we will be safe now!

Keep in mind this is a recall for products produced in 2005. I got mine earlier this year and it is not affected.
If you are currently registered or recently received a new one, it should be fine.
