Grabbing toys
DD is 4 months and doesn't really reach for toys. She will take a toy that's handed to her and grip/shake it but will not make any effort to take anything herself. She has 2 gyms and gets excited when she sees the toys and even tries to kick them, but won't bat at or grab them.
She puts her pacifier and teether in/out of her mouth by herself. Today she managed to roll over with her o-ball in her hand, so her hands most definitely work just fine
Am I just being a paranoid ftm or should I be concerned?

I don't remember when babies are supposed to start reaching for things but if ur lo is already doing all those other things, I wouldn't worry. Also keep in mind that babies reach milestones at their own time, when they're ready.

Re: Grabbing toys
4 months is too early for that. And most babies don't put their own pacis in until closer to months, so you're ahead there.

Grabbing toys
That's a 5-6 month skill I believe.
