got an explanation about my blood pressure etc!!
so i spoke to my high risk doctor and he explained why my ob was so concerned about my blood pressure.
even though my pressures were 130-120/70-85ish... the high risk said that the old standard of anything less than 140/90 is not optimal for anyone much less preggos. he likes to see the max at 120/80.. long explainations about it. he said that he will keep an eye on it at his office as well as just ob. todays bp was 112/70!!! yeeehawwww!!!!
he also explained that my 24 hr urine was only high according to the lab but that my number was 190 and he likes it below 300 so that is good too!!!i am at a very increased risk of pre e for many factors but we are watching it...plus being on lovenox has shown to help
my sugars are okayish but baby is big already so he said baby is using too much glucose and we will have to up the meds for that...and may have to do insulin. at 24 weeks baby is 1pd 14 oz!!!! so doc said worse scenario for that is c section.
so i also explained to him my concerns at the reg obs office and he assureed me that if i take a minute to ask for more time that i will get it PLUS being that they work together NOTHING will go unnoticed. the high risk today was kind...throurough and very explanatory which is what my pea brain needs!
oh and the tube/kidney issue of too much fluid for the baby has resolved so very happy!
so as of now just keep taking my meds and shots and when in doubt...call the high risk bc i feel much better about this pregnancy now!!!

glad to hear that dr. K made you feel better!
as far as the 24 hour goes... i looked mine up last night and yeah mine was 1200 when i was admitted to the hospital!! thats why i was admitted without any high BPs!!
