The box says that you will O within 24 hours of a positive opk. When is the best time to DTD?

Not always 24 hours after the opk it could be any where from 12 to 36 hours. I had a cycle where I didn't o until 72 hours after my initial positive. But there were issues with that pack giving me false positive. Any who depends on ur beliefs some say everyday from the first positive and then 3 days after. What worked for me was every other day from cycle day 10 which happened to being the day before the pos and the day after. The month I did the day of plus 3 dh and I were exhausted and there was noticible less semen and dh has a normal count and bfn...it all depends on u switched it up the next month and it worked

With this pregnancy and the last we only DTD right before i got the blazing positive, lol...it wasn't on purpose...first time it was right before i went to london (dh wasn't with me) and i got the positive OPK when i landed in london! This time around, we only DTD once the day before my positive OPK and we were supposed to try again day after the positive but DH got sick.

So in my case, day of OPK or before was the best! You want to try before or day of...i hear they are the prime days!
