I agree w/babyavocado - that thing has been glued to me for the past 9 months, it's the once piece of baby equipment I'd be lost without.

SVAT monitor. It blows away the ones you buy in baby stores. I've had the safety First one, and The summer infant one and the SVAT is far superior.

The infrared is crystal clear. It looks like broad daylight in a pitch black room. Both other cameras infrared burned out on me ~ Safety First in 6 months and Summer in just a bit over a year. I've had the SVAT for 2 years and it's like new. Also, there is never any interference, EVER.
I have 2 cameras hooked up to it and it has been running 24/7 for 2 years. It gets a lot of use!!

We also purchased an additional larger bedside monitor, but i don't think you can do that any more.

We have that too and it is by far the best thing we bought for this kid.
I told DH I think it already saved me 8 million trips to Logan's bedroom.
AND, DH hooked it up to the TV so we can watch Logan in Picture in Picture when we are downstairs watching TV. 
Extremely clear picture and GREAT sound quality - I can hear him breathing.

Those of you that have the Summer monitor ... how does this one seem to compare? (feature wise) I have credit at BBB so would rather purchase from there if possible (even though it's a tad more pricey, it would save us money overall).
