Good thing I didn't paint the room !
Yesterday, I ended up going to see Dr. Kofinas because I had some, ok a lot of bleeding. Thank GOD everything is ok with the babies.
After they checked to make sure all was ok, and I started to BREATH again Never a dull moment with these babies !
DH asked if he could make a gender guess. Mind you we already had (2 specialists!!)our OB and Dr. Kofinas partner give the same guess 2 weeks in a row now(boy/girl). He guess TWO BOYS!!! He said that any guess now is only 85% BUT he seemed REALLLY confident. So for 2 weeks we thought we were having a girl  It's just is so strange!LOL
I am posting this because I know so many of us want to know ASAP and wonder if the guesses so early could be wrong, so I am here as proof that gender guesses that early, even by a PRO can be wrong!
We are beyond blessed with ANYTHING that God gives us, I just want my LOs to be healthy! So now I may have TWO mini penis' growing inside me

i guess you can't really trust the early gender guesses!! that stinks though if you had it in your head that you were having one of each

Ur right what matters is that they are both healthy and strong.
I hope all is ok with the bleeding...remember... I had it too but all was fine.
I would start painting just yet regardless. We found out at 18 weeks and we didn't paint until 3 weeks ago. Even then, I asked the sono tech to reconfirm that they were girls because we were painting that weekend. LOL. I didn't want any surprises.

I'm glad everything is okay with you and the babies. Take is easy!
As for finding out the sex early, my DH tries to guess everytime we have a sono. He swears he saw a weiner at 9 weeks  (wishful thinking). I tell him that whatever the baby is it can't be changed at this stage.
You're going to have gorgeous babies whatever sex they are.

Glad to hear everything is OK with the babies! And ahhhh re the gender guess changing! 
We were told  at 11w, 12w and "for sure" at 16w (and we have pretty obvious photo evidence and 2 doctors who told us it was 100% and no risk of it changing)... we registered for boy stuff, bought boy bedding and picked out a boy shower invite... but I got cold feet and wanted to wait for our 20w sono tomorrow to get it confirmed before ordering the invites.
I know it's a but need to hear it one more time!  
How far along are you?!

13 weeks. We have NO intention on doing anything just yet to prepare. It was just funny that last sono 2 doctors said boy/girl but "don't go painting rooms" lol
If i had to do it over, I wouldn't even ask for a guess. I would just wait till they were sure, b/c getting "attached" to the idea of either sex and then finding out its the opposite is just such a strange feeling.
Now im scared to get excited about 2 boys! I think i will just wait till they are 100% sure sure.

Keep us updated! And I'll let you know if happens to turn into a  tomorrow morning if I didn't drop dead from shock first. I'm pretty sure we'll just get a confirmation

Glad everything is ok with your babies..
And YES I agree that trying to determine the gender early is still very much a crapshoot. One of my coworkers who was pregnant with me-her OB said they were having a boy when she was 15-16 weeks, and when she went for her anatomy scan, they were in fact having a GIRL..
SO the moral of the story is....wait until 20 weeks because before that there's still a large margin of error.
