golf question
all i know about the sport is that you hit a little ball with a stick and then you chase it.
so, it's pretty obvious, that i don't know much.
so here's the question: golf club covers. i've seen that some have numbers on them. how many are in a "set"? what numbers are in a set? what do the numbers mean?

Re: golf question
the covers are to protect the woods. The set usually includes #1 (for the driver) #3 (for the 3 wood) and #5 (for the 5 wood)
personally I think they are just cute.
There are other clubs that could get covers but don't usually come in a set. your rescue club could come with it's own cover.
I call them golf club condoms.

Re: golf question
I'm assuming it's to prevent your irons from clanking into your woods. Also to prevent rusting on the metal portion.

I would put the numbers on them so that player knows what club they pulling out without having to take off the covers. Just a suggestion
