Going off my menu tonight...
Ground turkey was on sale...I'm going to make Buffalo Turkey burgers, maybe stuffed w/chunks of cheddar (hate BC), green onion, a little breadcrumb and glaze it with Kens Wing Sauce...spicy zucchini and potato hash on the side.

LOL I didn't know you wanted it!
Diced zucchini and onions and frozen cubed potatoes I like to caramelize them in olive oil. I add a little garlic, some water, then add in my taco seasonings (cumin, chili powder, etc) and let it come together. Very easy and delish!
