going off BCP

Hi everyone...
I just finished my last pack of pills and im not going to start TTC until June. I have been on the pill for 8 years and just want to give my body a rest and see what it is like off them. I was just wondering if i am supposed to tell my Gyn that i went off??

I don't think you need to tell your OB unless you are looking to explore other BC methods.

It can't hurt to start taking a Pre-natal, and just know you are really fertile when you first go off the pill. So if you want to wait until June, be careful

Thanks for replying!!! I have a multi vitamin with 400mg of folic acid. do i still need to take prenatals and if i do where do i get them??
