Welcome to TTC and analyzing every little thing that happens with your body. You will notice more things now than ever before. Since I started charting my cycles, I notice a definite pattern of PMS symptoms including gas, bloating, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, cramps. The problem is that PMS symptoms are very similar to early PG symptoms. Every month so far my symptoms have been totally PMS related. I recommend charting your symptoms so you can see if anything new comes up that might indicate PG. Good luck!

It's amazing the things you notice when you start to pay attention to them. It seems for me like the more I pay attention to them the more intense the symptom. We really can make ourselves crazy. So many of the symptoms are the same for AF and early PG for many people. Nevertheless, you never know!
