glucose Testing Question ?
OK so I failed my 1 hour test.....they called me a 1 week later I was so mad....I really thought that I had passsed since I did not here from them after a few days! The cutoff was 130 I got a 150....and I really watched every little thing I put down my fat mouth anyway......my 3 hour is tomorrow......what the he!! happens if I fail that...I just want to prepare myself for the worst! TIA

If you fail that than you will be diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Most OBs will suggest controlling it with diet, which works. You will have to test your blood sugar 4 times a day and you and the baby will be monitored more closely by your OB (I have to go to the Dr every week now - started at 31 weeks - for a biophysical where they monitor the baby's heartbeat and movement and do a quick sonogram to check fluid levels).
It's a pain, but not nearly as bad as you would assume.
