Glucose Testing Question ?
My test is tomorrow at 9am....is it ok to eat fruit today.?

i read that blueberries are great for diabetics shortly before i took the glucose test, i ate pints of it that week lol..not sure if i passed or not yet, but i havent heard back so im hoping that is good news!

I was told to eat as you normally would up until 11:00 the night before your test.

I would eat normally the day before- I think the 8 hours before are most critical. I heard you shouldn't really change or fast though because the test wants to see how your body handles glucose.

I wouldn't eat anything really sugary before bed... I had some chocolate the night before and I swear it's the reason I failed by like 1 pt!
