given up soda!
 So i gave up soda cold turkey on monday and oh my goodness!!! This is the worste headache I ever had!

 I know how you feel!! When I gave up soda for Lent earlier this year, I had the WORST headaches for like 2 weeks! DH wanted me to go to the doctor, he thought something was seriously wrong with me!
Thankfully, it subsided after a while. But it did make me realize just how much diet soda/caffeine I was drinking before. Now I only have the occassional soda here and there. Good luck!!!
