girls...I need help stopping myself from testing!
I'm 8DPO (I think). I got my FIRST smiley on Saturday the 8th. Got a second smiley on Sunday the 9th. So, I'm assuming I'm around 8DPO today (Monday the 17th). Am I correct??
Now, on to the actual problem. I KNOW I shouldnt test until at LEAST 11 DPO but this month seems to be exceptionally difficult in restraining myself from testing early. I bought the dollar tree tests (only $1 each), so the whole peeing away money on BFNs isnt a good enough arguement to make me not do it. I know its too early...I KNOW. I just have such an urge to test. Ladies....PLEASE convince me not to!!!! I really want to wait until Thursday or Friday to test...I just dont know if I have enough self control

do NOT do this. The bfn's DO NOT GET EASIER the more you see them...

Seriously - I'd only count you as 7 DPO. Do NOT test before SUNDAY!
PLEASE believe me... from someone who has been doing this 15 months... DO NOT TEST EARLY!

Thanks -- I was going back and forth between counting it as 7 or 8dpo. I'll go with you and say 7dpo.
i know, i know....i specifically remember last month you and several other ladies on here urged me not to test too early. I wish I had listened. I'm going to REALLY try not to test before the weekend. Last month was such a huge let down -- i just dont want to go thru it again 
I'm going to take Jess' advice and tell DH to hide those sticks

I'm really trying. I dont know why this month is so much harder. Even DH is having a hard time waiting to find out this month

Keep this in mind, the dollar store tests are not that sensitive. So you could get a BFN when it could be a BFP
