girls with m/s what do you drink?
I just dont know what to do anymore!!?? I cant drink water right now because it makes me want to vomit and I finally have been able to drink lemonade but everytime I drink alot i get the urge to throw up again! Like its just goes right to the bottom of my stomach and comes right back up!! I feel like i should be walking around with an IV drip just to keep me hydrated!! What do i do?

Definitely some sort of soda... flat or not. Ginger Ale will help. Even Coke, don't even worry about caffiene at this point. Just make yourself comfortable.

I drank a ton of gingerale when I had m/s. I also could handle smoothies...

gingerale worked for a little while for me
now I can drink water but it has to be ICE COLD and only little sips at a time.

lemonade worked everytime for me- I know it sounds like it would have the opposite effect- but my friend swore by it for her pregnancy and told me to try it and it was great!

I've been ok with unsweetened iced tea this week. I pick up a medium at dunkin donuts and keep adding water to it as a drink it so I'm getting water but it tastes like iced tea so it isn't making me gag all the time

also I forgot to mention I have fruit juice....cranberry or apple and I fill a glass halfway and then wateedr it down. That worked too.

Ginger Ale, flavored vitamin waters (sometimes worked). Small sips of room temp water was better than cold water. But I feel your pain, too much water made me sick, too. I could drink more water as the day went on, but before noon was out.

That was working for me, esp when I put ice in it and kept it super cold, until this past week...

My dr. yesterday told me to try anything with ginger. Ginger ale (not diet) or ginger snap cookies.... She also get me a prenatal vit. that's supposed to help. I am waiting for the pharmacy to fill it. I will let you know if it works.

I've been drinking decaf peach iced tea with splenda in it. I know what you mean about water... Just find whatever works for you and go for it.

I did have an IV drip on and off for 6 months But I would drink ice tea and apple juice when I could.

I had to have a full glass of ice with whatever I drank. I could handle water if it had lemon slices in it. I also did have lemonade half water.
