What thermometer do you use? I agree with Headoverheels- mine obviously suckssss!

thats what I have and I am getting all kinds of weird readings- how have yours been?
I only started temping this cycle. SO I am only on CD 6. I also wake up very often throughout the night, like constantly. I dont get up or anything but my mind is definetly not in REM sleep for long periods of time. Here is my chart, I have no clue if it is all over the place or not, sorry

Ollie - Your chart is perfectly normal for this point in your cycle. Temps are typically all over the map during AF because of all the hormones.
ETA: to the OP - I use the same purple thermometer, and it's worked for me...

I've got the pink one from Target. It's the Up Up brand. I haven't had any problems with it.

I set an early alarm for it, run to the bathroom to peeeee & use the OPK if its the right time for that ... and then take a short nap until its time to get up for work.
