Two questions _

1. Do you ever get bad cramps while you are working out? It seems that every time I start to work out, I get pretty strong cramps in my right side. I don't think it's anything to worry about but it's so annoying!!!!!

2. Does your LO work out with you or nap? I have heard most LO's get lulled to sleep by all the movement but it seems that my guy think he is in the class too! I swear in water aerobics every time we do the speed punching or kicking he does the same thing! I tell him he is supposed to be napping but he doesn't listen to me!
