I hear ya. We're in the middle of painting the whole house then we're putting our house up this weekend. (hopefully if we clean it out in time) it's stressful especially since i'm due in july and we wanna try and be in a new house way before the baby comes! well good luck with getting everything done!

Look in the 3 Village/Comsewogue SDs - we looked at a lot of hi-ranches when we were house hunting.

There are quite a few in the farmingdale area.. When we were lookingf or hi ranch , seemed to be quite a few ,, hth

I agree. We actually didn't want a high ranch, and I felt like it's all we were seeing.
Just a note re: timeline; I am due end of June, and we put in a bid that was accepted end of Jan, and we are closing at the beginning of April. The banks are really backed up now, so it took the bank about a month and a half turn around. Add on time for contracts/title search with the county, and it's about a 3-month turnaround between the bid and closing these days.
