Girls using CBEFM
Do you still follow Deanna's plan when using the CBEFM? Im on CD8 and I'm still low and was thinking maybe we should start on CD 10 instead. What did you ladies do?

I used the cbefm and deanna's plan. I started at cd10 only since I tend to have longer cycles.

I havent started using mine yet but yes, thats what I would do. Start on CD10 even if your reading is low.

I start BDing on the first high day and go every other day until peak. I haven't hit peak yet though and we've been so wrapped up in house hunting that we haven't been BDing either
I'm still temping and using the CBEFM to stay consistent.
