Gift ideas for "strangers"
Going to a combined birthday party for 3 people - it's a different milestone birthday for each one. One person is a very good friend and I want to get her a gift - got that covered. But, one person is an acquaintance and the other I have never met - but the party is at her house. Any thoughts on whether I should get a gift for the 2 people that I don't really know - and if so, what?

If yo know that the other 2 are drinkers, a nice bottle of wine is always welcome!

Gift ideas for
A box of nice soaps or a good candle might be nice. Flowers are a nice idea too. I collect nice soaps and gift candles and keep them wrapped for just such occasions.

add flowers or candy for the host and i would just do alcohol for the 2 people i didnt know. even if they dont drink they usually regift it! i think its a nice gesture, especially if you never even met them before.
