I have to agree I dont like the word Ghetto, I am sorry that your neighbors are acting 'trashy' But you can do two things 1: move out and find a better place and better area to live in .. 2: Talk to the people who own the building and keep it annoymous that there are situations that you see and hear that you think are not appropiate and if they can do something about it. but using the word Ghetto does sound racist. I have been called 'white trash' a few months ago by someone at a restraunt and it was uncalled for.again i am sorry you are having a rough time with your neighbors.
