getting sad....
DD is now 4mo and I had to return back to work just after 8 weeks so now i'm pumping at work and trying to BF her when i can. but i know the pumping is not enough i'm only doing 4 oz every 4 - 5 hours, I dont have the time to pump at work...stress and the workload...and on top of that i think im getting my period (i'm spotting) so i feel like i no lonver have a little baby or just post PG blues.....

Re: getting sad....
Its so tough to be a working/breastfeeding mommy. I totally feel your pain and went through it with my first (dreading going through it again with my 2nd). If it makes you feel any better or gives you hope I was able to get DS to weaning at a year on only breastmilk pumping about 4 oz at work every 3-4 hours (had max 10 minutes to pump in the bathroom) and breastfeeding him exclusively while I was at home. I would also pump sometimes right before bed or first thing in the morning to try to get a few more ounces to send to daycare or pump on the weekends when I could to add to my freezer stash. Your emotions could TOTALLY be out of wack if your period is coming back too. I had horrible PMS for the first several periods after having DS. Would get weepy and anxious for a good week right before and in the beginning of my period. Thinking of you- try to be compassionate and gentle on yourself and its okay to be sad!!
