has anyone used them? where they good? how long does it take to fix a computer? where they alot of money? any info would be good. thanks

If you want them to come to your home, I know its pretty expensive. You can probably do better looking in the pennysaver for a computer tech person

I used them once to install more RAM in my laptop. They did it right in front of me and as they turned it over they scratched the cover of the laptop and then denied it. I wont go back to them.
Go to Micro center in Westbury. I had my fan cleaned there and it was reasonably priced and I feel they know what they are doing.
