garmin owners
i need help!! i just got one yesterday and i'm trying to review the route without driving. is that possible? i know you can go ahead with the directions while you're in the car but can i do it from inside?

yes you can type in where you want to go hit the button to pretend like yu aer driving, when it comes up touch the bar at the top that tells you where to go and it will show a list of all the turns and such
hope that makes sense

thank you!! it worked but its giving me such a different way then i would go. guess i'll try it..maybe its shorter!!

the route could change if you have it set to route the fastest route, shortest route etc.

Also, if you want to go a certain road once you get on it the garmin will recalculate the route. You can also avoid certain roads if you want. I'm not sure how to do it off the top of my head. I think when you look at the route map you can.
