Well Ive heard that a metal taste in your mouth can def. be a sign of pregnancy. So I hope it is for you! I wouldnt worry about what you can and cannot take during your 2 WW. If you want to take advil go ahead...its once you get your BFP that you should take precaution. During my 2WW I was sick and I was taking all sorts of medications...

I would not take advil if you think you could be pregnant. Tylenol is fine.

The baby does not share your blood until about 6 weeks. It's okay to take stuff.

G I love you...
but I wouldn't try a heating pad if I thought I was pregnant. Only because whenever I've used a heating pad it really heats up my skin and body temp. And I know when you are preg you aren't allowed in a hot tub because you don't want to raise your temperature. So I would be too scared to go the heating pad route.
I'd go with tylenol.
You can also check out safefetus.com to see a list of all meds safe to take during pregnancy.

LOL. I never used it without the cover. and I don't put it on high either. But my skin still gets hot. I'd just be uncomfortable with it. IDK if it's safe or not... but I wouldn't use one.
and PS - hopefully you will be moving boards soon enough!

Why don't you test?
last month was the first time in years that af came two days late. If i test now and get a bfp im afraid of the chemical pregnancy thing. Or do u think i should test now?

They are two totally different drugs. Advil has been known to cause miscarriages. Of course as a PP said you don't share blood (well not blood but thats when the placenta develops and substances in your body can pass through) until six weeks but why take a chance?
