I went to NHP Memorial H/S. I grew up in NHP...but some parts of Garden City Park also go to NHP Memorial H/S. The school is pretty good. I did well and got into a good college so no complaints from me!

IMO Franklin Square SD is the best out of the three...then Mineola...then NHP
Garden City South is very nice!

GCS is a really nice area. I like the blocks just east of Nassau Blvd, like Kilburn Rd South. I also like the parts that are further up from Hempstead Turnpike. There's nothing wrong with the blocks near Hempstead Tpk, its just a busier location, IMO. The entire area is nice!

Re: Garden City Park? Or south?
There all fine. I actually disagree with one of the replies. I would say NHP is the best, followed by Franklin Square, and then Mineola, but to be quite honest, I think all of these schools have no problems and would have no hesitations sending my children to any of them.

Re: Garden City Park? Or south?
GDS is very nice BUT it's not Garden City school district if that's important for you to know.
