Anyone live in Franklin Square or Garden City South a question..
Do you have to arrange for special pick ups say if you want to put out metal chairs or other items? Who do you call? Or do you have to take the items somewhere?

When I lived there (FS) we would put the items out - I think Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pick-up.
 I should say we'd put stuff out on Tuesday night, but someone would come along and snatch it up before the garbage men could.
