FYI - carpet tile.
For anyone who has had flooding problems like me - if you are considering finishing your basement and putting carpeting down, get carpet tiles, not wall to wall carpet. We were flooded this past weekend in different spots and all you have to do is pull the tile up to clean it and dry it out and you can put it back down.
