So now I think I have a stomach virus and I am afraid to call in sick...
I have called in sick 2 x already in the 6 weeks I have worked at my new job because of Andrew. I feel so bad. They are really understanding and I always make up all the work the next day but now I am so sick.
I can;t hold anything down I don't know what to do.

When I'm afraid to call in sick (and I'm not saying you should do this, just what I do), I go to work and let them send me home. But I also work very locally, so I don't know if that's an option for you. And, we don't have sick days at my job, so that's partially why I do that.
If you have sick days, that's what they're there for. Plus, you don't want to get anyone else sick at your job.

I agree. Go to work & be sent home. If someone called in sick to my office a lot and showed like that at the office, I'd send them home immediately.

Call in sick thats what they are for. I wouldnt want to get sick if I was a fellow coworker.. JMO IF anyone says anything tell them I wasnt going to come to work with a stomach virus and get everyone else sick..
