 Re: Parm crusted chicken..
I made it tonight to change things up a bit from the usual chicken recipes that I made, and EVERYONE loved it. It was great. I'll try it next time with dijon mustard to see how that changes it up!

 Re: Parm crusted chicken..
Parmesan Crsuted Chicken
  1/2 cup of Mayo
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4n cup of Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
Combine Mayo & Cheese. Spread on chicken then roll chicken in bread crumbs to cover them in it. Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.
I got the recipe from Hellman's Mayo. They are so yummy & easy to make.

 Re: Parm crusted chicken..
I made this and it was good but I think I did something wrong...
The top of the breading was a little crispy but the bottom was moist and then when I removed from the pan the coating fell off!
How do I make it crispy and able to stay together?
  Thanks!

I made this the other night and it was great!
I found that the chicken I baked in a glass pan were not as crispy as the ones that were baked on a cookie sheet type pan. And I flipped them halfway

 Re: Parm crusted chicken..
I made this last night. It came out really good. I was a little nervous that it would have a big Mayo taste but it really didn't at all.
  Thanks for the quick/easy recipe!!!

 Re: Parm crusted chicken..
I gotta try it, my DH is not a fan of mayo at all. So I would have to make it, have him taste it, then tell him later it was mayo.
I have a jar of gross fat free mayo that I bought to make chicken salad. Has anyone used FF mayo to make this?

I used the light mayo and it was fine - I really don't like totally fat free. I kind of think though that it is probably fine for this. don't think you taste it much anyway.
