We got ours at Jennifer Convertibles, it was a floor model in PERFECT condition!
We saved a bunch of $$ buying a sample.

We got one at Seamans, but when we needed one for another room, budget was an issue. We found a very nice one at Pier 1. It was clearance, and we've had it a year. It's held up well, and is very comfortable. They have great sales sometimes too.

We got ours on a no interet finance at MAcy's. We got our entertainment center from Fortunoff on the same kind of deal

we just ours here too - and the cus service was great - they delivered two days ago - said they would be here between 11 and 3 - and at 11:20, they were here....by 11:40, they were gone and our 2 new couches were in!!

Ok, I have no idea how good they are, but you can also buy couches at Costco! 
And Ikea, too, I think....
