We took a parenting class at the hospital I am delivering at- Southside- and it was free! I would check with your hospital since most offer free lamaze, parenting, breastfeeding classes.

My OBGYN office located on 900 Northern gives the class there.

The nurse at my OB's office teaches it during the week and also referred us to a woman who teaches on the weekends. The classes are around the Commack area.

I"m going to my OB's office- a nurse from the hospital I'm delivering at (SB) gives it after office hours. I'm starting in Jan!
