FTP site?
Does anyone know a free FTP website where I can upload a few hundred files & someone else can download them to their computer?

It might make sense for you to set up your own FTP site with all the photo stuff you do if you don't like that one.
Look into Cerberus FTP Server - do a search on tucows, you'll find others too.
ETA: Also check out putfile.com - I can't get to it at work and I haven't been there in awhile but if I remember correctly it may work for you also.
