FSH Test
Did anybody's insurance not cover this? Any way to fight this?

FSH Test
My insurance covered it. It is a routine test for a gyn to order so it should be covered as long as the blood sample was sent to a participating lab. If the test is medically necessary there is usually an appeal process for a rejected medical claim. If the sample was not sent to a participating laboratory you may be responsible for the cost.

Re: FSH Test
mine was covered under my annual exam last year...(which is unusual bc they didn't pay for any of the others) but day 3 and Pap were covered. I know for the uncovered bldwork the lab chopped my bill in 1/3 - without even asking - so you could call them. Good luck!
