Is there any pre-show stuff like character greetings?

I dont know but it was chaos and hundreds of Elsa's. Bring your wallet cause its soooo expensive for the merchandise they have to sell. We shelled out $46 just for Frozen Ice and a wand. but she loved it so its all worth it.

Re: Frozen on Ice - what time to arrive?
We just went to it last weekend in Baltimore.. I wouldn't get there TOO early if you have an "I want that" kid Really it's just merchandise and food... the "activity" stuff they have is lame, like paying to take a picture with cardboard cut-outs of Anna and Elsa!

Frozen on Ice - what time to arrive?
I wouldn't get there that early. About 7:05 they came out with a warm up and then Mickey and Minnie, and then they introduced other Disney couples….so by the time Frozen started it was prob 7:20

I just bought 3 light up frozen wands at party city for my 3. i also made my daughter a frozen tutu, and a crocheted elsa hat for her hoping this will be enough. I know the boys will be happy with the wands. I can't see spending all that money on a cup, or a wand.

We went Tuesday and got there at 7 on the dot. We had time to take a picture with the standee which was $25. Spent $100 that night but the girls loved it.

Yes we got there right at 7 last night and it started about 10 minutes later. We smuggled in a light up wand and snacks. Yeah pricing was ridiculous!
