Front loading Washers
I just got one yesterday- YAY!!
Can I use Woolite?
What about washing with bleach? Just toss it in the dispenser and let er rip? Do you do an additional rinse before you put in colored clothes?

Thanks, Ive actually stopped sitting in front of the washing machine watching it spin like there is no tomorrow. I thought for sure the thing was going to fly away

Re: Front loading Washers
Our front loader has the panel compartments for detergent, fabric softner, bleech and pre-wash.
I love it. When we first got it I watched it run and wondered if the clothes would be clean bc you don't really see it fill up with water like the top loader.

Re: Front loading Washers
WE've had one for years and I love it! I use the dispenser for bleach, and the soap, as well as the fabric softener (it has a slot for each). The fabric softener I usually dilute with water or else it gets very sticky and clogs the dispenser.
ETA: I have never bought HE detergent, I just use 1/2 the amount of regular Tide that you woudl use in a top loading washer.
And I've never had a problem using bleach in my whites then doing a dark load. I've never done a empty rinse between and never a problem!

If I'm using Woolite, I put it in the regular detergent compartment and turn the machine to the delicate cycle.
No extra rinse when using bleach.

Re: Front loading Washers
My wife started using the HE detergent because she felt they were too sudsy.
But she was probably putting in too much soap in the first place. These front loaders apparently need very little soap to operate... but they clean very well!
