frittata question. re: sides
i've never made a frittata, but am looking to experiment... but what would i make as a side to it?
how do you usually have a frittata?

I would do a salad maybe tossed or mozz and tomato. You could also do a soup

i just made individual ones this week.
i served with a mixed greens salad with some wedges of roma tomatoes, sliced cucumber, feta cheese, dried cranberries, candied walnuts in a raspberry vinaigrette (bottled)
if you're going more breakfasty... you can do some breakfast potatoes/hash or something like that

I like to put potatoes in my frittata.. so the starch is built in. I like to serve it with fruit - a nice citrus salad or berries with a little lime and sugar - or even just fresh slices of fruit.
