Fridge with TV
just curious if anyone has one....i never saw one in real life.....

I don't have one but I've seen them in stores. I'm sure if you go to Best Buy or PC Richards you can find one on display.
I personally do not like to have my TV on the fridge because if one goes, both are affected. If my TV dies, I just replace that. Plus, I can put my TV where ever I like or if I want to go with a bigger TV I just buy another one. Also, I like to stick a lot of stuff on my fridge. I need the magnet space.
I think the idea is great for space saving but they also make under cabinet TVs that folds flat and it doesn't take up any counter space. That's a very good alternative to the fridge TV.

ohh wow i didnt even know they had TVs like that for under the cabinet!!
personally, i do NOT like TVs in the kitchen BUT i really wanted an open floor plan where the kitchen overlooks the family room - our apartment is kind of like that - where our kitchen and living room are one big open space....so i am used to having a TV on while i cook or do things in the kitchen, i'm not really watching it but i like to have some kind of background noise and something to listen to (besides music)...the house we are trying to get does NOT have an open kitchen and the living room and family room are both too far away to keep the TV on while i am cooking....i really like the kitchen though - just wish there was a way to have the option of TV if say i am home alone cooking all day....i was thinking maybe a fridge with TV but i dont think i'd really like the look of one - but figured i didnt really have any other options....but something that i can use when i WANT and then put away would be great. thanks - i'm going to look into that!!!
