Friday's Gossip

Keith Richards wants to clarify his clarification. Yes, he did snort his dad's ashes - but he didn't mix them with cocaine, as previously reported, Richards declares on rollingstone.com.

Who knew NASCAR revved Paris Hilton's engine? Driver Kasey Kahne was out at Les Duex in Hollywood Wednesday night when he bumped into the ubiquitous celebutant. "The two of them chatted for a while, and before they parted ways for the night, she leaned in and whispered ‘God, you're cute' and kissed him!" says our source.

That's our Paris!

Marilyn Monroe: Still dead! But a New York documentary producer claims to have the most startling evidence yet about her alleged murder.

"I have interviewed the FBI agent who is now in his late 80s, with prostate cancer, who was listening in on Marilyn in a van outside her home the night she died," says producer Keya Morgan.

"He saw [then U.S. Attorney General] Bobby Kennedy and other men go inside the house. He heard them screaming and yelling in the guest cottage. They were in the guest cottage, not in her bedroom where her body was found."

Conspiracy theorists have long said Robert and John F. Kennedy turned Monroe into a national security risk by telling her too much.

Morgan, a dealer in historical documents and manuscripts, said he was inspired to make the documentary after befriending Monroe's first husband, James Dougherty. He also knew her third husband, Arthur Miller.

Morgan additionally interviewed former L.A. Police Chief Darryl Gates, first LAPD officer on the scene Jack Clements, Monroe neighbor Abe Landau and Beverly Hills detective Lynn Franklin for the documentary, tentatively titled "Death on Helena Dr."

One of his L.A. law enforcement sources was also on duty the night RFK was assassinated at the Ambassador Hotel.

"He said his job was to keep Ethel [Mrs. Kennedy ] away from where Bobby had a call girl waiting at the Beverly Hills Hotel," laughs Morgan.

"[The call girl] was crying when he was killed. Very upset."

Is Victoria Beckham already wearing out her welcome in Los Angeles?

Sources say she has made herself unpopular with management of the celeb-friendly, press-shy Chateau Marmont.

"She always lets the paparazzi know when she'll be arriving," wags a West Coast tongue. "The Chateau Marmont tries to give celebs their privacy, and they hate her there. They like David [Beckham, her husband], though."

The splash she has made since arriving also seems to have upset some of the other swimmers in the L.A. fishbowl.

Last Tuesday, "Britney Spears turned up at the Chateau and the only table available was the one next to Posh," laughs the snitch.

"But Britney didn't want to sit next to her, so she and her friend stormed off to Il Sole instead."

Zoom-lens envy, perhaps?

ELLEN Barkin isn't through trying to squeeze more millions out of her ex-husband, Ronald Perelman.

The star, 53 - who extracted $40 million in her divorce from the billionaire last year - filed suit Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking an additional $3.4 million.

Barkin claims Perelman agreed to pay that much to her new production company in 2005 when he became partners with her and her brother George Barkin, a former editor of High Times, in Applehead Pictures.

"It was set up to give Ellen and her brother something to do. He didn't have a job," said a source familiar with the former couple.

The suit, supported by an affidavit from Barkin, alleges that Perelman agreed "to provide over $3 million in capital contributions to Applehead in eight payments, four each during 2006 and 2007. Despite numerous requests to abide by the terms of his agreement, Perelman has not made a single one of these payments."

Barkin hardly needs the money, having auctioned off the jewelry Perelman gave her during their six-year marriage last fall for $21 million. "She just wanted attention," a source told Page Six.

Barkin has not been inundated with job offers since playing an overheated cougar who tries to seduce Matt Damon in "Ocean's Thirteen."

A spokeswoman for Perelman said he hadn't been provided with any evidence the production company is producing anything: "She has not complied with any of her obligations under the agreement."

And despite an ironclad confidentiality/non-disparagement agreement, Barkin has given numerous interviews in which she discussed the divorce. Appearing on the David Letterman show a few months ago, she called Perelman "Rumpelstiltskin," the fairytale dwarf who spins straw into gold.

Last fall, Barkin hurled a glass of water in Perelman's face at the Waverly Inn and snarked to his date, "I feel sorry for you that you have to [bleep] him tonight."

A spokeswoman for Barkin told Page Six: "This lawsuit has nothing to do with Ellen's acting career or her divorce from Ron. It's strictly a business matter. At the moment, she couldn't be happier. She just came off of one of the biggest movies of the summer."

PAULA Abdul is always running late, as seen on her Bravo show, "Hey Paula" - but woe to her assistants if they don't get their jobs done on time. A spy says, "There's a salon chair in her house where she gets her hair and makeup done every day. She'll sit in it, set an alarm, and then, because she's on so many painkillers, pass out while her hair and makeup guy gets her ready for the day. When the alarm goes off she'll wake up, and God forbid the poor guy isn't done yet. All hell breaks loose." Abdul's rep said, "There's no alarm that I've ever seen."

Lindsay Lohan, who vanished after her arrest 10 days ago and is said to be confined at a California rehab - possibly the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage - was once in the running to be the new face of Louis Vuitton. But after a disastrous Elle magazine shoot two months ago, the luxury line will no longer even lend her clothes. "Louis Vuitton had sent over some samples for her to wear in the shoot," said a snitch. "Lindsay [at right, in a shot with a stuffed tiger from the September issue], kept shoving the clothes into her bag, and a stylist's assistant kept getting them out of the bag, only to have Lindsay keep trying to take them. She ended up walking off with a very expensive shirt and some other items - which screwed Louis Vuitton because they were set to go to Vogue, W and Harper's Bazaar for other shoots. They were furious and kept trying to get their clothes back, but . . . Lindsay walked out with them and never returned calls." The issue hits stands today, in which she's asked about the photo shoot and replies, "I wanted everything. There was this Cartier watch, and I was like, 'What do I have to do to get this watch?' " Reps for Louis Vuitton, Elle and Lohan didn't return calls.

Good thing he clarified, I know that the thought of him snorting cocaine was the part of the story that really freaked me out. Chat Icon

It's amazing to me that many celebs doesn't see this as stealing, but that they are entitled to all of it.
