French doors *Pic*
We have an open floor plan in my side by side split, we just put french doors going into the master, all of my doors are white but we are thinking of staining the french doors to leave the wood look. Would you stain them or leave them white, here is a pic to show.... Image Attachment(s):

I would paint them white but that's just a personal preference! They look beautiful!

Hmmm...I'm going to say paint them white. The stain is on the "stair-related stuff"  --the steps and the bannister. But the other doors are white, so there's my reasoning. Plus, I just had a French door added in my living room and it's white and I love it!

i painted ours white although originally I really wanted a dark stain but since all the trim was white in the house it just didn't make sense to go dark.

I would go with white. You would need to stain the doors to match the colors of the stairs.. I think white would look best.

Thanks !! In my head the stain would look great, it would be the same color as the banister & floors, and would stand out, but maybe my head isn't right LOL since majority likes white. Sometimes you see something totally different then how it would really look.....

I would totally stain them and leave the trim around them white. I am a fan of trying different things out though.
Don't poly them and see how it looks, if you don't like it - paint it white.
I love that you put french doors on your master - it looks so beautiful!!!
