Freeport Animal Shelter Needs Your Help
UPDATE - Freeport Animal Shelter has dropped to #21 and 16,000 points are needed to get back to #20 to stay in the contest for a chance to win $1,000,000. Please help the animals at this shelter. During the summer there is so much money coming into Freeport yet very little to the animals. Freeport Animal Shelter is in the contest to win a $1,000,000 makeover. For those who do not know, Freeport Animal Shelter was once a kill shelter but that has changed thanks to the wonderful people who now work and volunteer at the shelter.
This shelter is so poor they do not have a computer on the premises.

When you do Freeport will get 100 points..tell everyone you know..PLEASE SUPPORT THIS ORGANIZATION..THEY DO NOT HAVE FUNDING THE WAY OTHER LARGE ORGANIZATIONS DO..PLEASE HELP THE FREEPORT ANIMALS! I have contacted the Freeport Mayor, Freeport High School, local radio stations. There are only 5 days left for the contest.

Back at #20...Thank You! Please keep it going.
This shelter under the former administration gassed animals up until two years ago. There is a new administration and they are now a no kill. PLEASE REWARD THEM FOR THE HARD WORK THEY ARE DOING TO SAVE ANIMALS.
I am the Director of a NYC animal organization and I support Freeport Animal Shelter. Help them to win $$$ for the animals. It cost you nothing, just sign on.

Thank you...They are now back at #20. I just got off the phone with FAS.
They have come such a long way, they are a struggling organization so worthy of winning the $1,000,000. The fact they have turned a high kill shelter who gassed animals, almost unheard of in this day and age into a no-kill is amazing...new administration.

Thank you. They are 17,500 points behind and currently at #21. Four days left for contest. I have emailed Freeport Mayor, Freeport Chamber of Commerce, Channel 12 news, Freeport High School. They must get back to #20 to be eligible for the $1,000,000.
