Forgot my prenatal!
Oh no! I'm not home and forgot my prenatal!!! Is missing one day okay?? I have my baby aspirin and vitamin d supplement, just no prenatal! I'm a bad mom!!!!!!

the pre-natal is meant more to replenish your own nutrients rather than the baby's...your body is designed to send nutrients to the baby with or without pre-natals. a baby only needs 300 calories a day to survive...anything over that is extra...so as long as you are eating...baby will get his/her nutrients. I went almost a week without them bc i went away and coundly fill my prescription before i left...baby is fine.

whenever I forget, I think of all those women on that show "I didn't know I was pregnant" and how they all deliver healthy babies and had no idea the entire time they were prego and didn't take a prenatal.

OMG I have missed so many days of prenatals. . trust me over 10 months if you miss a few days it's no big deal. . they are just a supplement anyway. . for me I also think that if I've eaten a spinach salad, something with omega 3 in it, calcium etc and don't take my prenatals I'm doing better than when I eat a cheeseburger and DO

I hope so because at 21 weeks I'm puking so much today nothing is going to stay down, especially not a vitamin!
