i forgot my prenatal yesterday! question!!!
Yesterday I forgot to take my prenatal. I feel so guilty. I am going to take one now and it is 6:15 am. Since it is so early should o I take another before bed tonight? I thought I read once that is bad to double up but I am only 7 weeks so I am still trying to do everything 100% b/c its my first pregnancy with a hb!! What would you do? Thanks!

Only take take one a day. It is ok to miss a dose in my 1st tri I missed many due to M/S.

I wouldn't stress it. Don't take 2, it could make your stomach sour. Missing 1 won't be a big deal.

Definitely only take one a day.
I wouldn't stress about it much. I can't tell you how many times I have forgottten to take mine. Besides the prenatal isn't necessarily for the baby, it's for you to replenish some nutrients that the baby takes. So forgetting it once does not mean you are hurting it or anything.
Totally understand wanting to do everything 100% right, but don't put too much stress/guilt on yourself. No one is perfect and it'll be okay if you have a slip up or two.

It's just a vitamin. Skipping one or two or even a few is fine. They're more for you than the baby.

My OB told me if you forget here and there it is fine. If you feel too sick one day you don't have to take it.

I dont think its a big deal. Taking 2 might make you feel sick. They're just vitamins, forgetting here and there is fine I'm sure. Dont stress, thats probably worse!

I had hyperemesis and NEVER took them. I have 2 healthy kids. They are more for you then the baby. The baby takes what it needs and you lack.

I've probably only taken about 10 prenatals all pregnancy. I admitted it to my Dr and he was like "Eh, it happens, oh well. Try to remember them, but don't stress over it". I wanted to hug him after that!
