Forgetting Your Age...
Am I the only one who forgets for a second how old I am when someone asks your age (like when they don't believe I'm old enough to buy smokes, lol)?
I always hesitate and think for a second. Sometimes I almost say 24, other times I almost tell them 27....
I don't know why it catches me off guard!

Re: Forgetting Your Age...
i never remember- i always need to stop and think.
When i used to smoke, one day the guy asked how old i was. I said 21. I was 24. I just knew that 21 was the magic number to buy things

I always forget, but I think it is because I am in a constant state of denial. In my head I am still 25.

Re: Forgetting Your Age...
all the time. my birthday is in december so just subtracting years doesn't even work for me.
I'm at the age that the number doesn't really mean anything for me.

Re: Forgetting Your Age...
Glad I'm not the only one!
It's funny about being perpetually 25... my older sister and I both say that we're 25 to her kids and they get confused

Re: Forgetting Your Age...
I got carded at the liquor store recently and the cute kid behind the register looked at my ID and said, "How old are you?"
I stammered. I actually forgot for a second.
I keep thinking that I'm 23/24.
