For those with housekeepers...
My niece is coming over tomorrow to clean my house (she's 21, unemployed and a clean freak—and I've been looking to hire someone). Anyway, I'm wondering how much to pay her. She will vacuum and mop the floors throughout the entire house (all hardwoods), scrub the bathroom (which includes the obscenely dusty bathroom chandelier), dust all furniture and I guess do other random tidying up.
How much should I pay her? I was thinking 100 bucks, but I have no idea what this type of thing costs and I want to make sure I'm fair.

She's Suffolk, I'm Nassau, but she planned on coming in anyway because I'm helping her BF with a paper.
House is three bedrooms (2 large, 1 small) and 1.5 bathrooms, but she will not be cleaning the .5 as it has no walls or ceiling for that matter.

for a 1 bath home I would say 80 to 90 depend how big is your kitchen, if and size of family room etc

I pay $75 every other week for basically the same thing. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen & living room.

I pay $60 each week (3 br; 1.5 bath)
or $80 every other week
the first one, I think we paid $80 for the initial cleaning.

My neighbor pays $80 every 2 weeks - 3 bedroom, 2 bath dormered cape in Massapequa. She changes all the sheets too.
