For those who were asking about the SafTSwim lessons..(pics)
Liam and Daddy had thier first Cuddles and Strokes Baby and Me class yesterday. It was sooo cute. They didn't put the babies underwater.. thank God.. that freaked me out... I think that is in the next level session of classes.
They did kicking, arm movements and putting the back and sides of thier heads in the water. THey sang songs and did fun little stuff. Liam wasn't smiling but, he was cooing the whole time. SO we think he liked it.
The water was super warm and he didn't get upset by it at all. At my Mom's house, he does wimper a bit until he gets used to it. SO I guess it warm enought for him.
FUNNY thing... he learned how to kick... came home to get a bath... and starting kicking up a storm in the bath.. soaking Daddy!

Yup. My guy is such a peanut that he needed little tiny ones!
However, my former lifeguard Dh was all upset by them. He hates swimmies and says that DS will never wear them since he always had to rescue kids whose swimmies slipped off. He says they give parents a false sense of security and wants to see Liam in one of the bathing suits with the floats in them... We'll see.

107$ for 6- 1/2 hour classes. I never heard back from the email. I just called them directly and got him signed up right then.
