For those who temp

Where do you get the thermometer? I don't think I have seen them around.

Yup!

To be honest, temping was like a "last resort" for me... it can be a pain in the behind!

But basically you should set your alarm and temp every morning at the exact same time (yes, even on weekends!) You temp before doing anything (taking a sip of water, getting out of bed, talking, etc). Try to get a thermomter (like the CVS one) that will keep your last temp - this way if you're temping on the weekend, you can temp and go right back to sleep then record the temp later.

Record your temps in a website like fertilityfried.com and it will basically do all of the work for you! Chat Icon

There's a whole tutorial on there that is GREAT - and of course, I'm always here to answer any Q's you might have!

in rite aid and cvs they are near the condoms and ovulation tests - NOT in the aisle with the other thermometers
