I pump twice a day - around 11:00 (4 hours after morning nursing session) and 3:00. I used to get a total of 8 ounces, but as the time has gone by - from 4 months to now 9 months - I probably get a total of about 4 ounces. I'm going down to 1 pumping next week.

My son is 5 months old. I double pump 3 times a day and get a total of about 20 ounces. I usually pump around 10:30, 1:30 and 3:30.
